Shipping Methods and Delivery

Limited Edition Fine Art Prints

Each Limited Edition is professionally printed in Vienna, Austria, using museum-quality fine art materials and made to last for generations.

Every print is hand-signed and individually numbered by the artist and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Your artwork is carefully packed and shipped directly from Vienna.

US collectors: Qualifying original works of art can generally be imported duty-free into the United States.

UK collectors: Import VAT may apply. Qualifying limited-edition fine art photographs may benefit from the UK's reduced import VAT treatment.

For destinations outside the EU, local taxes or customs charges may apply depending on your country's regulations. If you have any questions please don´t hesitate to ask : hi@marliesplank.com

The estimated shipping times for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.

As a rule of thumb shipping time for

EU : 5-8 business days

US/ Cananda: 7-12 business days

Rest of The World :10 -15 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification
containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your
package. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking
information to be updated by the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

Please note that any additional customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Prints and Ready to Hang Editions are made on demand and are not eligable for returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective,
damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case of damage or loss through the delivery provider, I will replace your order immediately !

Please provide me with a snapshot of the damaged goods , also the packaging. You can always contact me for any question at hi@marliesplank.art .

For each print you add to your cart one tree will be planted in Madagascar, Mozambique or Nicaragua. The planting projects, carried out by Eden Reforestation, help to support communities and reduce poverty by employing local workers.

I am based in Austria (or nearby) Is it possible to direct order?

- Absolutely, and I advise you to do that. There are also more possibilities to frame the work. Shipping will be a little faster as well and if you are in Vienna I will personally deliver the print to you.

I would like to have my print framed in a different way then available, is this possible?

- Yes it sure is. If you live in Vienna I can assist you and have the print delivered in the frame of your choice.
For other countries it is easy and best to contact your local framer who
will frame your print beautifully according to your wishes. Of course I
can assist you in choosing what frame would be the most beautiful option for your print.

I have difficulty choosing which print would look best in my space, what can I do?

- I am here to help you, we can plan a meeting online to go over all different
options. I can advise you on what work would look the most stunning in
your space.

Do you do special commissions?

- Yes I do, feel free to contact me anytime about your ideas

I am an interior designer - are you offering licensing as well ?

Yes I do ! Currently I am working on a new catalogue with all available artworks ,which will be available soon in 2025. Besides of my printshop marliesplank.art you can also take a look at my portfolio page www.marliesplank.com for artworks which are availabel for licensing.
