All orders placed through Marlies Plank Art are drop-shipped by our trusted partner, ThePrintSpace. They specialize in high-quality printing and fulfillment of fine art prints. Each print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Once your order is placed and payment is successfully processed, [ThePrintSpace] will begin processing and preparing your order for
shipment. Please note that order processing times may vary and are
subject to the availability of the selected print and frame options.

The estimated shipping times for your order will depend on your location
and the shipping method selected during checkout. Please refer to the
shipping options available at checkout to determine the estimated delivery timeframe for your specific order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on various factors, including the size and
weight of the package, as well as the destination of the shipment. The
applicable shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process,
allowing you to review and confirm the total cost, including shipping,
before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification
containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your
package. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking
information to be updated by the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. If your
shipping destination is outside the United Kingdom, please ensure that
you review and comply with any applicable customs regulations and fees
for your country. Please note that any additional customs fees or import
duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Prints and Ready to Hang Editions are made on demand and are not eligable for returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order
upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective,
damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case of damage or loss through the delivery provider, I will replace your order immedeately .

Please provide me with a snapshot of the damaged goods , also the packaging.

For each print you add to your cart one tree will be planted in Madagascar, Mozambique or Nicaragua. The planting projects, carried out by Eden Reforestation, help to support communities and reduce poverty by employing local workers.

I am based in Austria (or nearby) Is it possible to direct order?

- Absolutely, and I advise you to do that. There are also more possibilities to frame the work. Shipping will be a little faster as well.

I would like to have my print framed in a different way then available, is this possible?

- Yes it sure is. If you live in Vienna I can assist you and have the print delivered in the frame of your choice.
For other countries it is easy and best to contact your local framer who
will frame your print beautifully according to your wishes. Of course I
can assist you in choosing what frame would be the most beautiful option for your print.

I have difficulty choosing which print would look best in my space, what can I do?

- I am here to help you, we can plan a meeting online to go over all different
options. I can advise you on what work would look the most stunning in
your space.

Do you do special commissions?

- Yes I do, feel free to contact me anytime about your ideas

I am an interior designer - are you offering licensing as well ?

Yes I do ! Currently I am working on a new catalogue with all available artworks ,which will be available soon in 2024. Besides of my printshop marliesplank.art you can also take a look at my portfolio page www.marliesplank.com for artworks which are availabel for licensing.
